Error proceedings are prosecuted to this court from a judgment rendered in the common pleas court of Cuyahoga county in favor of defend ant in error, William Link, who was injured on November 13, 1923, while in the course of his employment for the Lake Erie Provision Company, a subscriber to the state industrial fund.
