Pursuant to the decision and order, entered June 18, 2014, the Appellate Division, Second Department reversed the findings of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Giacomo, J.), and granted summary judgment on the issue of liability in favor of plaintiffs and against the defendant, Quaker Ridge Golf Club, Inc. (118 AD3d 833 [2d Dept 2014]). A trial was held before this court on multiple days between March 3 and March 15, 2016 on the plaintiffs’ complaint, on the issue of damages.
