I. INTRODUCTION.
These consolidated cases come before this court with two sets of motions. The first set seeks a remand of one of the cases and dismissal of the other. Because this court has diversity jurisdiction and is not persuaded that it should abstain or defer to a state court under the circumstances, both the motion to remand and the motion to dismiss are denied.
