MEMORANDUM

GUNN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the motion of defendant, the City of Louisiana, Missouri (City), to dismiss plaintiff’s complaint, or in the alternative, to make more definite and certain. Plaintiff, a former employee of the City Board of Public Works, brings this two count complaint alleging due process violations and breach of contract in connection with his discharge from employment.
