*984**529In this automobile accident case brought under the Comparative Negligence Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:15-5.1 to -5.8 (CNA), we are called upon to determine whether a jury should be asked to apportion fault between a named party defendant and a known but unidentified defendant (John Doe).
