This4 case comes to this court by writ of error prosecuted by five owners of residence property situated on Albion avenue east of Sheridan road, in the city of Chicago, to review a judgment of the superior court of Cook county reversing the decision of the zoning board of appeals for that city in refusing to vary the city ordinance zoning for single residence purposes, only, a portion of the property abutting on Albion avenue, and further ordering the city building commissioner to issue a permit to Henry and Pearl Minkus for the construction of a three-story 33-apartment building on the north…
