SUMMARY

A mother appeals from an order terminating parental rights to two of her 11 children, T.W. and S.W., who were ages two and a half years and six months, respectively, when they were detained in September 2009. (Most of the other children, bom both before and after T.W. and S.W., have moved, or are moving through the dependency system to homes other than with the mother, who has “an unresolved history” of illicit drug abuse.)
