MEMORANDUM OPINION
DALTON, District Judge.
Plaintiff J. Michael Becker, a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic practicing in Roanoke, Virginia, brings the present action to recover from injuries resulting from the defendant’s alleged violations of the plaintiff’s civil rights. Additionally, the plaintiff seeks redress for alleged violations of the common law of Virginia, as ancillary to the plaintiff’s primary federal claim.
