Plaintiff-appellant T & N pic (“T & N”) appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Haight, J.), dismissing its claims by summary judgment as barred by New York’s six-year statute of limitations. T & N, a British manufacturer of products containing asbestos, commenced this action against Fred S. James & Co. of New York, Inc.
