MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court upon Debtor’s Motion to Show Cause as to why the City of Toledo Department of Public Utilities should not be held in contempt for violating the Automatic Stay. A Hearing was held and the Parties were instructed to file Briefs with the Court, and if further oral argument was needed the Parties were to request the same.
