MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KRAM, District Judge.
Plaintiff brings this action for payment of disability insured worker’s benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, §§ 216(i), 223(d), codified at 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i), 423(d). Concurrently, the plaintiff applied for Supplemental Security Income benefits based on a disability provided for in Title XVI of the Act, § 1614(a)(3), 42 U.S.C. § l'382c(a)(3). By Order dated September 23,1988, the Court remanded this action to the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”) for further proceedings. Presently before the Court is…
