SANBORN, Circuit Judge.

This is a bill in equity by a junior mortgagee against the holder of the first mortgage upon personal property for an accounting of the proceeds of the mortgaged property and the application of the surplus after the payment of the debt secured by the first mortgage to the payment of the debt secured by the second mortgage. The result of the final hearing was a finding that on March 13, 1897, the First National Bank of Rock Springs, Wyo., the senior mortgagee, had received $7,227.23 more than an amount sufficient to pay its debt and its necessary expenses, and that *452this…
