OPINION OF THE COURT
Memorandum.
The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.
While on stakeout in front of a building where drug dealing was suspected, Officer Meehan believed that defendant and his codefendant, Joseph Torres, were "up to no good” when he saw the two men pull up in a car in front of the building, look up and down the street, enter the building briefly, and then drive away.
