The claimant’s husband, Charles Baumeister, 21 years old, was employed by Baugh & Sons Company as a machinist apprentice. The main business of his employer was the manufacture of fertilizers; as by-products it manufactured glue, bone-black, and certain animal feeds. It has been ip that business for very many years. In the manufacture of feeds, as distinguished from fertilizers, it uses carcasses of herbivorous animals, but no animal droppings.
