DECISION and ORDER

MYRON L. GORDON, District Judge.

The plaintiff in this action is a former police officer of the village of Chenequa, Wisconsin. In his complaint, he alleges that his employment was terminated for his exercise of unspecified civil rights and liberties. He charges that he was not given a written notice detailing the reasons for the termination and also was denied an opportunity to confront his accusors.
