Appellant is in the sawmill business. It desired to have a butane gas tank near its mill moved to a new location. To this end it sought the services of the butane company but was by it informed that it did not have suitable facilities but that it would engage the appellee, the Newton Motor Company, to move it with,a wrecker truck. The latter company agreed to undertake the job provided a representative of the hutane company went along.
