EZELL, Judge.

| ¶ This appeal involves another group of Plaintiffs who were affected by the slop oil release from the CITGO refinery in Lake Charles on June 19, 2006. These particular seven Plaintiffs were working in different capacities at the Calcasieu Refining Company. After several days of trial in January, 2016, before a judge, the trial court ruled that the Plaintiffs’ injuries were caused by the slop oil release. The trial court then awarded damages to the individual Plaintiffs based on their particular injuries. CITGO Petroleum Corporation appeals the award of damages to the Plaintiffs…
