On September 24, 2015, I adopted a Report and Recommendation (D.I. 59) (“R&R”) authored by Magistrate Judge Burke and denied Defendants TC Heartland, LLC and Heartland Packaging Corporation’s (“Heartland” or “Defendants”) motion to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
