Plaintiff brought this suit in the circuit court of Genesee county to recover damages from defendant for the death of his son, Ralph June, a youth 19 years of age, who met his death on Saturday, November 4, 1922, in the collision of a Ford automobile in which he was riding with a train; of defendant at the intersection of its track with Stevenson street in the city of Flint. A trial by jury resulted in a verdict in favor of defendant by direction of the court.
