The pláintiffs are the owners of a building at Bockaway Beach, in the county and borough of Queens, on the westerly side of Ward avenue, about 175 feet north of the Boulevard, and have been the owners of said building, together with the furniture and fixtures therein, since about the 1st day of January, 1903. This building formerly faced the Boulevard and was used for a hotel in that situation until about 1909, when it was turned around and faced upon Ward avenue.
