¶1 TNE Limited Partnership appeals an adverse district court ruling regarding the validity of a contract in its suit against Nick Muir, The Muir Second Family Limited Partnership (the Muir Partnership), and Witting-ham LLC, the most recent successor to the Muir Partnership. The contract, which purported to bind the Muir Partnership, was signed by its putative general partner, Nick Muir, after the partnership had been dissolved.
