The appellant was convicted in the Circuit Court of Neshoba county on a charge of grand larceny, and sen teneed to two years ’ imprisonment in the state penitentiary; from which conviction this appeal is taken.
It appears that the goods here involved were stolen from a store belonging to Mars Brothers, a partnership composed of three persons who are named in the-indictment. On the night of the theft one of the employes of the firm secreted himself in the building when it was closed for the day, being locked inside.
