Defendant, Chicago and North Western Railway Company, appeals from the judgment of the county court of Bureau County overruling its objections to the application of the county collector for judgment and order of sale against lots and lands upon which taxes were delinquent for the year 1954. The case has been certified to this court upon an agreed statement of facts that the county collector has made a prima facie case; that the taxes in question were duly paid under protest; and that the statements in the objections as to assessed valuation of properties, the respective amounts of taxes…
