INTRODUCTION
The law firm of Asoian, Tully & Gilman and attorney Arthur J. McCabe, II (collectively “AT & G”) applied, for compensation from the bankruptcy estate of Bolton-Emerson, Inc., for its defense of the debtor and two of its corporate officers in state litigation involving misrepresentations made by the officers.
