I. INTRODUCTION

This case comes before the Court on Defendant Bruce L. Bleiman’s Motion for Attorney’s Fees [Document # 51], For the reasons that follow, Defendant Bruce L. Bleiman’s Motion for Attorney’s Fees is DENIED.

II. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
