This adversary proceeding is before the court following the trial of the Chapter 7 trustee’s complaint to avoid and recover, as fraudulent conveyances under Ohio’s version of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act and the Bankruptcy Code, two transfers of the debtor’s interests in real property made through quitclaim deeds from the debtor to the defendant.
