OPINION

OLIVER-PARROTT, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for delivery of a controlled substance. A jury found appellant, Juan Antonio Jimenez, guilty and assessed punishment at 20-years confinement and a fine of $50,000. We affirm.

Background

In December 1989, the Houston Police Department called in Ray Roussett, an undercover narcotics officer with the Department of Public Safety, to head up an arrest team based on information obtained from two informants.
