MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Carlos Sanchez has sued his employer, Northwest Airlines, Inc. (“Northwest”), alleging that it regarded him as disabled in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. 1 The parties now cross-move for summary judgment. For the reasons that follow, the Court concludes that Sanchez’s claim was discharged in bankruptcy. Accordingly, Northwest’s Motion will be granted and Sanchez’s Motion will be denied.
