Defendant was charged with petit larceny in violation of Penal Law § 155.25 on March 31, 2016. Defense counsel filed omnibus motions, which included a motion to dismiss the information as being insufficient on its face pursuant to CPL 100.40 (1) (b), (c); 170.30 (1) (a) and 170.35 (1) (a).
