¶1 CatherineE. Satterlee, James Zenahlik, and Joseph Foster appeal from the order of the Workers’ Compensation Court (WCC) granting Montana State Fund’s (State Fund) motion for partial summary judgment. We dismiss the appeal.

¶2 The dispositive issue is whether the WCC erred when it certified as final its grant of partial summary judgment.
