This ease originated in the district court of Oklahoma county, where the plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, sought to recover damages in an action sounding in tort and arising out of certain purchases made by her of certificates of stock in the Western Service Corporation, a corporation. Her action was directed against the defendants in error, D. W. Ohern, J. Murray Henry, Dean M. Stacy, P. A. Janeway, T. E. Braniff, Albert C.
