AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT McGUIRE, Chief Judge.
On November 15, 1995, Carey D. Ebert, Chapter 7 Trustee for the bankruptcy estate of Gibraltar Resources, Inc. (“Debtor”) (the “Trustee”), filed a Complaint to Determine, Avoid and Recover Preferences against Dai-ley Directional Services (“Dailey”), Varel Manufacturing Company (“Varel”), and various other defendants. Dailey and Varel each filed Motions for Summary -Judgment. In order to prove a preference, the Trustee must prove each element of § 547(b).
