This is an appeal from the appellant’s conviction of delivery substance and delivery of a counterfeit controlled substance. The appellant was sentenced to ten years imprisonment. He raises six points of error on appeal. Because we find merit in the appellant’s argument that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a new trial, we reverse and remand.
