SCHULTZ, Justice.

Defendant Larry Tracy Haines appeals from the sentences imposed following his guilty plea to charges of going armed with intent and false imprisonment in violation of Iowa Code sections 708.8 and 710.7. The trial court imposed concurrent prison sentences on these charges, but suspended the sentences and placed defendant on probation. On appeal, defendant challenges that portion of the sentences that requires the defendant, as a term of probation, to reimburse Warren County for the cost of court-appointed attorney’s fees associated with this case by paying cash or performing…
