This is an appeal by certain individuals from an order of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission of June 30,1953, granting the Philadelphia Transportation Company a certificate of public convenience evidencing commission approval of abandonment of street railway service on its Rail Route 18 1 in the City of Philadelphia.
