—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of two counts of murder in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.25 [1], [3]) and one count each of rape in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.35 [1]) and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 265.01 [2]). The victim was found strangled in her home, and lumi-lite testing located semen in and around her body.
