This matter is before us on remand from a Memorandum/Order entered by The Honorable Louis H. Poliak of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on January 12, 1994. Judge Poliak had before him debtors’ appeal of our June 26,1992 order granting the motion filed by Transamerica Consumer Discount Company (“Transamerica”) to convert debtors’ chapter 11 case to chapter 7 and giving Transamerica relief from the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362 to proceed with legal action against certain escrow funds and certain parcels…
