Appeal by defendant from an amended judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Goodman, J.), rendered January 25,1983, which, after a hearing, revoked his sentence of probation, and sentenced him to a definite term of imprisonment of one year. H Amended judgment reversed, on the law and the facts, defendant is restored to probation, and matter is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings.
