OPINION
ORLOFSKY, District Judge.
Defendant, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“Freddie Mac”), has filed a motion for summary judgment, on the ground that the Plaintiffs state common law negligence claims are timebarred. More specifically, Freddie Mae argues that Plaintiff’s amendments to her original Complaint, which add Stockton Station Apartments, for which Freddie Mac was the real party in interest, and Freddie Mac as defendants, do not relate back to the original Complaint.
