Carita Sanford, residuary devisee and legatee of Lillian Wilson, deceased, has appealed from an order approving a compromise with Dewey Wilson, surviving spouse of Lillian, of certain claims, demands and suits, proposed by Joseph A. Brown, executor of the estate.
