Plaintiff, the parent of T.J., a minor who is entitled to receive a free appropriate public education (“FAPE”), seeks to recover $79,468.33 in attorney’s fees and costs under the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq (2010). The Magistrate Judge to whom this action was referred recommends awarding $35,938.75.
