Appellant, as plaintiff below, brought suit against appellee in the district court for the city and county of Denver. The complaint alleges in substance that parties were partners for the purpose of *393developing a certain mine, and that the plaintiff had advanced large sums of money to the enterprise, being not less than six hundred dollars ($600.00), and that the defendant was indebted to him in such amount, and asked for an accounting. The answer is a general denial.
