This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Defendant, Precision Diversified Systems, Inc. (“Defendant” or “PDS”), to confirm an arbitration award and for the entry of judgment or, in the alternative, for summary judgment and dismissal of Plaintiffs complaint, and on the cross-motion of Plaintiff, Whitlock Packaging Corp.
