— In a matrimonial action, plaintiff appeals (1) from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Rohl, J.), dated December 14, 1982, as granted that portion of the defendant’s motion which sought the dismissal of plaintiff’s second and third causes of action for divorce on the grounds of res judicata and failure to state a cause of action, and (2) as limited by her brief, from so much of a further order of the same court, dated February 15,1983, as upon reargument, adhered to its original determination.
