Arango Construction Co. v. Success Roofing, Inc.

Arango Construction Co., a general contractor, appeals a denial of its motion for reconsideration after the trial court granted summary judgment to Success Roofing, Inc., the defendant subcontractor, in a claim for breach of contract.
