BOND, Chief Justice.
Plaintiff, P. R. Murff, instituted this suit in a district court of Dallas County against defendants, Octavine Dreeben, a widow, and W. H. Vaughan, involving right of passway or easement by prescription, through usage of many years, across defendants’ tract of land, for the purpose of ingress and egress to his 40 acres, wholly enclosed by other lands.
