ORDER AFFIRMING JUDGMENT OF BANKRUPTCY COURT

Now before the Court is the appeal filed by appellant William M. Hawkins, III (“Hawkins”), of the judgment of the bankruptcy court dated April 22, 2010 excepting Hawkins’ tax liabilities with respect to tax years 1997 through 2000 from discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(1)(C).
