—In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., *400arising out of an automobile accident, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ramirez, J.), dated June 25, 1992, as (1) granted the respective motions of the defendants Crinzel Davis and Jean R. Louis-Jacques for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against them, and (2) denied the plaintiffs’ cross motion, inter alia, for summary judgment against those defendants.
