This is the statutory action to determine adverse claims to real property described as the east one-half of the southwest one-quarter of section 15, township 153, range 67. The complaint is in the usual form alleging title in plaintiff, and that the defendants claim some estate and interest therein adverse to the plaintiff’s title, and prays *49that defendants be required to set forth such adverse claims, and that they be adjudged to be null and void and the title quieted in plaintiff; and also that plaintiff have and recover the possession of such real property.
