Defendant Jacob Rosenbaum has been charged under Rockland County Indictment No. AG-80-171 with 1 count of grand larceny, second degree, 17 counts of grand larceny, third degree, 6 counts of petit larceny and 1 count of commingling personal allowance funds, the latter in violation of section 131 (subd 9, par [b]) of the Social Services Law.
